Izzy McMahon is the 2021 recipient of the Jack D. Fleer Award for Excellence in Honors in Political Science. Her senior seminar paper was entitled “Democracy in Divided States: Federalism and Consociationalism in Pakistan and India.” She plans to attend law school after graduation.
